• How are credits consumed?
  - Text-to-Speech is calculated at 1 credit per 10 characters (or 4 credits if using My Voice). Voice Conversion is calculated at 3 credit per 2 seconds of input audio. - Image Translation is calculated at 78 credits per page, and Document Translation is calculated at 30 credits per page. Media Dubbing is calculated at 265 credits per minute. Text Translation does not consume credits. You can check your usage history in My Page > Credit Usage.
• Can I purchase additional credits when all credits are consumed?
  Currently, separate additional purchases are not available. You can use more credits monthly by upgrading your plan.
• How can I change my plan during an active subscription?
  You can change to your desired plan by selecting it on the pricing page.
• Where can I check my payment history?
  You can check it in My Page > Payment Management menu.
• Can I use remaining credits after canceling my subscription?
  Even after canceling your subscription, you can continue to use your remaining credits if your service period is still active.
• How do I cancel a payment?
  In My Page > Payment Management, you can cancel refundable payments by clicking the [Refund] button.
• Where can I get payment receipts?
  You can download receipts from My Page > Payment History.
